Jesus was about people. Therefore, when He saw a large number of them on one occasion, look at what He did, “And Jesus, when He came out, saw a great multitude and was moved with compassion for them, because they were like sheep not having a shepherd. So He began to teach them many things” (Mark 6:34).
He knew what to do. They needed teaching, so, He taught them. In that way, He acted as a shepherd for them. More than anything else, people need teaching. They need to hear what God says.
