The morning devotional comes from an Old Testament reading, and the afternoon devotional comes from a New Testament reading.

Also, a suggested reading of Scripture is provided, if you desire to read through the Bible in a year.

Lord willing, in time, the devotionals will cover all of Scripture. For example, if Acts 2.37–40 provides the devotional for a particular day, then the next year, the devotional will pick up at verse 41.
