What do critics do, except tear down?
When some men brought a paralytic to Jesus, He forgave the paralytic of his sins, but the scribes did nothing to help this man. Mark wrote, “And some of the scribes were sitting there and reasoning in their hearts…” (Mark 2:6).
What a good picture of critics. They sit and reason in their hearts why the worker does things all wrong.
Have you been criticized? Is the critic a worker? If so, consider what he says and see if you need to improve. Is the critic a non-worker? Still consider whether the criticism is valid, make adjustments to your work, but do not let that critic get to you, for his useless lifestyle will show what kind of person he is and others will see what you are doing and what your critic is doing.
Be a worker for good things.
