People struggle with life. Pressures mount. We want relief. We look for calm and peace.

Where do you turn during those times? Here is what I have been telling people since I began preaching in 1980, “Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us” (Psalm 62:8).

People turn to everything imaginable, except for what David said to do in Psalm 62. Do what he taught and discover the rich spiritual life of a servant of God.

Trust God.

Pray to Him about all that is in your heart.

Know that He is your refuge, a place of safety.
