Do you lack wisdom? You can ask God for it, and He will bless you with it, but ask in faith, with no doubting, otherwise you will be like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.

You will not receive anything from the Lord, if you are not even sure what it is that you want, and if you are not sure that He can supply it. He does not bless double-minded people, because they are unstable, not only in prayer, but in all their ways (James 1:6-8).

Therefore, if you ask God for something, mean what you say and say what you mean!
