Delight in the way David spoke of God, 

“They also who dwell in the farthest parts are afraid of Your signs; You make the outgoings of the morning and evening rejoice” (Psa 65:8). 

Yes, He was the God of Israel, but He is also the God of the whole earth, even those places far removed from the land of Israel. 
He controls the morning and the evening. 

Fear Him and rejoice in Him.
