The psalmist declared the intention of his heart in regard to the word of God, 

“Your testimonies I have taken as a heritage forever, for they are the rejoicing of my heart. I have inclined my heart to perform Your statutes forever, to the very end” (Psa 119:111-112). 

That is what God wants to hear from us. Have you made that level of commitment to Him to keep His word for the rest of your life?
