How beautiful the temple in Jerusalem must have been. However, during the early part of the first century, most of the people there did not know that one walked among them who was greater than the temple, as Jesus of Nazareth said,

“Yet I say to you that in this place there is One greater than the temple” (Matthew 12:6).

Truly, One greater than the land upon which the temple sat, walked among them. One greater than the entire Earth, spoke those words.
