Zacharias became mute after not believing that Gabriel revealed the answers to the prayers of Zacharias’, but when he finally was able to speak again, how marvelous it was,

Now his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit, and prophesied, saying… (Luke 1:67).

First, he rejected the message of a holy angel of God, then Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke wonderful things.

It is always best to believe what God says in His word, for then we shall learn to speak wonderful things.
