Noticing

See what two men did when they saw the victim of a crime,

“Now by chance a certain priest came down that road. And when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. Likewise a Levite, when he arrived at the place, came and looked, and passed by on the other side” (Luke 10:31–32).

They saw the crime victim, but made a choice to move on, perhaps thinking that someone else would help, or that they were busy and could not help, or some other thought.

Hopefully, when they needed help no one passed them by.
