Someone asked Jesus whether there are few who are saved, and He gave an explanation that included this,

“They will come from the east and the west, from the north and the south, and sit down in the kingdom of God” (Luke 13:29).

Jesus had indicated in the sentence before that some of the Jews would be shocked to discover themselves cast out of the kingdom, and then Jesus said the words quoted above.

Regardless of who you are or where you are from, if you follow and obey the Lord Jesus Christ, you shall sit down in the kingdom of heaven.
