When the Pharisees heard the multitudes saying things about Jesus that the Pharisees did not believe were true, Luke said,

And some of the Pharisees called to Him from the crowd, “Teacher, rebuke Your disciples” (Luke 19:39).

It was not always the enemies of Jesus who told Him what to do, but Martha did too (Luke 10:40).
