Jesus asked His critics how the Christ could be the son of David, because he spoke of the Christ in a much higher way,

“Now David himself said in the Book of Psalms:
“The Lord said to my Lord,
‘Sit at My right hand,
Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.’”

How could Jesus be both the son of David and the Lord of David?
