If you eat the Lord’s Supper every first day of the week, you acknowledge that you are in the Kingdom of God,

“…for I say to you, I will no longer eat of it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God” (Luke 22:16).

Jesus wanted His disciples then, and His disciples now to eat this supper, which fulfills the Passover.

In the previous verse, He spoke of eating the Passover, and then He made the statement quoted above.

However, the context shows that He was establishing His Supper with us, and that when we eat in the kingdom, which is the church, He eats it with us and that fulfills the ultimate meaning of the Passover.
