Peter and John healed a man who had been lame since the day of his birth. After his healing, the man leapt, stood, walked, and continued walking and leaping, praising God. Yet, the man also held onto the apostles,
Now as the lame man who was healed held on to Peter and John, all the people ran together to them in the porch which is called Solomon’s, greatly amazed (Acts 3:11).
This man had some new friends, and he did not want to let them go. We can understand that, because we have known of teachers and preachers who have enlightened us on biblical teaching and we wanted to be around them often.
