Philip used Isaiah 53.7, 8 to preach to an Ethiopian treasurer that Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God, and Philip also mentioned baptism, because the treasurer wanted to be baptized, but watch what had to happen first,

Then Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.” And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God” (Acts 8:37).

Do you believe with all your heart? If so, you also can be baptized into Christ.
