With a few words, Paul declared the nature of the one true and living God, saying,

“God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. Nor is He worshiped with men’s hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives to all life, breath, and all things” (Acts 17:24–25).

Our God made everything, making Him Lord of heaven and earth, and so He certainly cannot be limited by man-built temples.

He does not need anything, but rather He gives to us all everything that we need, including life, breath, and anything else you can name.
