You want to walk in the paths of the Lord, which is why you read the Scriptures daily, but we all know that we fall short of His glory, because sometimes we stray from the paths of the Lord. Let us then pray as David did,

All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth,
To such as keep His covenant and His testimonies.
For Your name’s sake, O Lord,
Pardon my iniquity, for it is great.
(Psalm 25:10–11)

David knew that the Lord deals truthfully with us and shows us mercy, as long as we seek to keep His covenant and His testimonies, for then we can ask Him to pardon our sins, although they be great, and He will forgive us.
