David saw the goodness of God in everything as He worked for Israel. Therefore, David wrote Psalm 68, proclaiming the providence of God,

You, O God, sent a plentiful rain,
Whereby You confirmed Your inheritance,
When it was weary.
Your congregation dwelt in it;
You, O God, provided from Your goodness for the poor.
(Psalm 68:9–10)

The Land of Canaan was the Lord’s inheritance for Israel, and so He took care of it, providing rain when the land needed it, enabling Israel to dwell in it.

Truly, can you not say the same about where you live?
