People from every place on Earth should shout joyfully and serve the Lord gladly, singing before Him, and here is why,

Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands!
Serve the Lord with gladness;
Come before His presence with singing.
Know that the Lord, He is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
(Psalm 100:1–3)

This psalm speaks to the world, not just Israel, declaring that the Lord has made all of us, and we did not make Him. He is the Shepherd and we are the sheep.
