Abraham had a great-nephew named Moab, who became one of the nations surrounding Israel. Yet, Moab no longer exists. What happened?

This is the word which the Lord has spoken concerning Moab since that time. But now the Lord has spoken, saying, “Within three years, as the years of a hired man, the glory of Moab will be despised with all that great multitude, and the remnant will be very small and feeble” (Isaiah 16:13–14).

Sin brought down the nation of Moab, making it very small and feeble, eventually disappearing from the world scene. Will the nations of the world learn from Moab?
