The Lord told Jeremiah that Israel in her backsliding was worse than Judah, and Judah was very evil (Jeremiah 1.11). Yet, the Lord had the prophet speak to Israel to return to the Lord, and He would graciously receive them and bring unity to the two nations (Jeremiah 1.12–18).

However, the sad history of both Israel and Judah is that they did not repent and they suffered severe consequences for it.

Will the nations of the Earth learn from Israel and Judah? Will your nation learn? Will the church learn to turn to the Lord for everything?
