How would you describe your life? Is sin a regular phenomenon in your life? Or would you say that you do sin, but it certainly is not a way of life for you now? Here is why these questions are important,

Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God (1 John 3.9).

John did not mean that one born of God never sins, for that would contradict what John said in the first chapter, but he addressed whether sin characterizes your life now.
