Do not give up, keep working, because you have a rest awaiting you that the Bible calls a blessing,

Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.’” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them” (Revelation 14.13).

It is a blessing to die in the Lord, because you get to rest. Rest from the work and from the toils, the persecution, the heartache, and all the negatives of this world.

Conversely, it is a curse to die outside the Lord, because those who do will have no rest day or night, as John had said earlier in verse 11, but the smoke of their torment will ascend forever and ever.
