We often say that we are all family in Adam, that each of us has descended from him and his wife Eve, but we do not even have to go back that far. We can move forward many generations to Noah and his sons,

And Noah begot three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth (Genesis 6.10).

All of us can claim Noah as our father, and all of us have descended through at least one of his three sons.

However, the blessing of Jesus Christ is that we can move many more generations forward and all be one in the Son of God, which is truly the important family. Are you in Christ? Are you a Christian?
