After debating an atheist, he did not know what else to say to me, but he tried to end our discussion by saying that if everyone lived by the Golden Rule, life would be better on Earth.

I asked him if he knew who stated the Golden Rule, and he said, Yes, reluctantly. Do you know who said it? Jesus, the Son of God, did,

“Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets” (Matthew 7.12).

That teaching is so powerful that it could not even escape the notice of one who says that God does not exist!
