If someone who has heard of Jesus, but does not know why He is so famous, were to ask you to summarize the work of Jesus Christ, what would you say? How about this passage?

Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people (Matthew 9.35).

He traveled Israel teaching and announcing the good news of the soon-to-arrive kingdom of heaven, and He healed people. I can see why He was popular and still is today.
