Jesus promises, “Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven” (Matthew 10.32). He did it later when Peter confessed Jesus,

Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. And I also say to you that you are Peter…” (Matthew 16.17–18).

Even as Peter confessed the true identity of Jesus of Nazareth, so the Father heard Jesus confess the name of Peter. State your belief of Jesus and He will confess you.
