Jesus calls out to the world, but not everyone responds to His invitation, for as He Himself said,

“For many are called, but few are chosen” (Matthew 22.14).

That indicates the majority will not accept His offer of salvation. Sometimes it is easy to just go along with the crowd, but when it comes to matters of salvation, follow the Lord with all your might that you may be among the few whom He chooses.
