Whatever your opinion is of the Book of Numbers, always remember that it is the word of God, as it is written,

Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying… (Numbers 6.1).

The Lord spoke to Moses, and the Lord preserved the Book of Numbers that we might know that He still speaks to us today in the mighty Book of Numbers.
