Imagine Jesus coming to your town, and then He decides to move on, would you want Him to leave? No, I think we all would want Him to stay forever, and that is how most people thought about Him when He visited their towns,

Now when it was day, He departed and went into a deserted place. And the crowd sought Him and came to Him, and tried to keep Him from leaving them; but He said to them, “I must preach the kingdom of God to the other cities also, because for this purpose I have been sent” (Luke 4.42–43).

We can understand how this crowd thought and felt, but we can also understand His reason for needing to move on, after all, He came for all people, and not just our little part of the world.
