07.31.2014 New Testament: Rom 1.13
To read the Bible in a year, read Romans 1 on July 31, In the year of our Lord 2014

Paul traveled extensively, yet, had not made it to Rome, the great capital of the great empire. Many Christians lived there. Did he not have a desire to see the church in Rome? Listen to him, as he explained the situation to the Roman Christians,
Now I do not want you to be unaware, brethren, that I often planned to come to you (but was hindered until now), that I might have some fruit among you also, just as among the other Gentiles (Romans 1.13).
He had made many plans to go to Rome, but he had been hindered, because the Lord did not want him there yet. Moreover, when he did make it, he planned on it being a fruitful time, just as he had at other times in other places.
Look at your time with the church in the same way, and watch how it changes your attitude and makes your time with the church much better.
