Genesis 1.3 records an awesome sight, “Then God said, ‘Let there be light’; and there was light.” Picture what that must have been like. With that picture in your mind, read this,

For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 4.6). 

The same God who created light, now, by knowing Him through Jesus Christ, shines in our hearts! Think on that the rest of the day.
