Do you want to see grace in action without having to read a lot of material? Think on this passage,

For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich (2 Corinthians 8.9). 

Just how rich was Jesus in heaven? Truly, we cannot know until we see Him in glory in heaven, but from the little the Bible reveals of the riches of heaven, the riches of Jesus surpass our wildest imaginations. Yet, He left those riches to live here as a carpenter, then as a preacher/teacher, and died the death of a criminal. Why? Paul said Jesus did it for our sakes. That, my friends, is grace in action.
