How should Christians behave while on the job? Just remember, that someone is watching you, and I do not mean God only. Yes, God sees you, but so does your boss and the people who work around you. Therefore, listen to the Holy Spirit,

Exhort bondservants to be obedient to their own masters, to be well pleasing in all things, not answering back, not pilfering, but showing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things (Titus 2.9–10). 

The Holy Spirit did not have Paul write those things down because he needed to fill up space on the paper! This is the teaching of heaven! Follow it.
