If you rest upon the grace of God, you will not fear death, but if you fear death, look to see upon what you have based your life. The Bible says,
Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy” (1 Peter 1.13–16).
Notice please that resting our hope on grace does not mean we are free to do as we wish, because the grace of God has made us children who obey their heavenly Father, and so we do not conform ourselves to our former lusts, but now we want to be holy even as God is holy.
Live that way, and you will know what your future is.
