Listening to some people, you would think that the Book of Revelation and the rest of the Bible is truly about Israel, but the Lord told John,

And he said to me, “You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings” (Revelation 10.11). 

Yes, we learn about Israel in the Bible, but remember this: The Lord used Israel to bring the Savior into the world. That makes Israel a means to an end, not the end itself.

Therefore, when you read the Old and the New Testaments, you will read of many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings, because the Lord cares for all them, even as He does Israel.
