An angel showed John the magnificent things we see in the Book of Revelation. After the fall of spiritual Babylon, and the marriage of the Lamb of God, John’s emotions got to him, and watch what he did, and listen to what the angel said,

And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy” (Revelation 19.10). 

No, we should not worship angels, but we should worship God, because the spirit of prophecy is the testimony of Jesus. The spirit of prophecy is not about angels. Angels serve the Lord Jesus, even as we serve Him.
