01.06.2015 New Testament: Matt 5.42
To read the Bible in a year, read Matthew 5.27–48 on January 6, In the year of our Lord 2015

What should the nature of a Christian be? How do you picture Jesus? How do you picture the disciples of the first century? Does this passage picture what we should be, what Jesus was, and what the early disciples were?
“Give to him who asks you, and from him who wants to borrow from you do not turn away” (Matthew 5.42).
Give, do not take. What you give, the Lord gave you initially, and He can replace it, if He so desires.
