A man with a very sick daughter begged Jesus to come heal the girl. As they approached the home of the girl, messengers went out to her father who was with Jesus,

While He was still speaking, some came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house who said, “Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further?” (Mark 5.35). 

Jesus came to serve. It was no trouble for Him to heal people. The only time it bothered Him was when people only saw Him for what He could do for their bodies. What are your cares? Have you presented them to the Lord?
