Even as Jacob blessed his sons before he died, so Moses blessed the tribes descended from those sons of Jacob before he died, including Benjamin,

Of Benjamin he said:

“The beloved of the Lord shall dwell in safety by Him,
Who shelters him all the day long;
And he shall dwell between His shoulders.”
(Deuteronomy 33.12) 

The youngest of Jacob would dwell between the shoulders of the Lord, dwelling in the Lord’s heart. How beautiful. Walk with the Lord and you shall dwell there also.
