What do you tell someone in charge?

What do you do if the one in charge will not listen to rebuke, correction, or the truth? If he is wicked, all his advisers will be wicked, because they will fear to tell him the truth, and they will lie to save themselves. This happened with King Saul,

Then Saul said to his servants, “Find me a woman who is a medium, that I may go to her and inquire of her.” And his servants said to him, “In fact, there is a woman who is a medium at En Dor” (1 Samuel 28.7).

Everyone knew that Saul had followed the Law initially and removed the mediums from the land, but when he wanted one, his servants complied. As Solomon later wrote,

If a ruler pays attention to lies,
All his servants become wicked.
(Proverbs 29.12)

If you are the one in charge, leave yourself open to learning, rebuke, and the truth, otherwise, you have laid the groundwork for your own demise.
