Any organization that grows will have problems, but that can be a good thing, because it will bring people together to solve the problem, and that will make the organization stronger. The early church had problems,

Now in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplying, there arose a complaint against the Hebrews by the Hellenists, because their widows were neglected in the daily distribution (Acts 6.1). 

Since a certain group had been neglected, that threatened the unity of the church, but the apostles acted quickly and their solution brought the church together.

Therefore, do not view complaints as annoyances only, but see them as challenges to make you a better person, and your congregation a better church.
