10.17.2015 New Testament: 1Th 5.14
To read the Bible in a year, read First Thessalonians 5 on October 17, In the year of our Lord 2015

Everyone is at a different stage in life and so we cannot deal with everyone the same way, but we have to consider their present state, as it is written,
Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all (1 Thessalonians 5.14).
We should warn the unruly.
We should comfort the fainthearted.
We should uphold the weak.
Everyone needs our patience.
However, sometimes we get those things mixed up. We warn the weak and the fainthearted. We comfort and uphold the unruly. We fail to show patience toward the weak.
Think of what you need during those times of your life, and then do the same toward others.

Great observation. I’ll be using this in our bulletin.
