A voice invited John the apostle into heaven, and when he arrived, he saw the throne room of God! John wrote of the One sitting on the throne,

And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald (Revelation 4.3). 

John did not use the word, “beautiful,” but he certainly showed the beauty of God. What a glorious event that shall be when we get to see what John saw.
