12.20.2015 New Testament: Rev 11.11–12
To read the Bible in a year, read Revelation 11 on December 20, In the year of our Lord 2015

The Two Witnesses of Revelation 11 appear to be the church and the Bible, for they are the two visible things that God has on the Earth. However, the world, the secularists, the humanists, the skeptics, the atheists, the evolutionists, the Muslims, and many others hate both the church and the Bible, rejoicing to see them diminished and even to die.
However, those enemies will experience the shock of a lifetime when they see the Two Witnesses rise from their apparent deaths,
Now after the three–and–a–half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them. And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” And they ascended to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them (Revelation 11.11–12).
Therefore, church, do not fear and do not become discouraged, but know that the Lord of Heaven and Earth has great things in store for you, and your enemies shall see it.
Interesting take on the witnesses.

I have thought to myself, What two things exist on the Earth that the world hates, because they declare God and His righteousness? The answer would be the church and the Scriptures.
