01.15.2016 New Testament: Matt 12.9
To read the Bible in a year, read Matthew 12.1–21 on January 15, In the year of our Lord 2016

Matthew wrote a sentence that typified the life of Jesus. Does it typify our lives also? Matthew wrote,
Now when He had departed from there, He went into their synagogue (Matthew 12.9).
Jesus went to the synagogue because God’s people met there regularly. He wanted to be with them. He came to minister to them. He came to save them. Should we not also assemble with the church regularly? Should we not desire to be with the people of Jesus? Should we not find ways to minister to them?
