Jesus explained the Parable of the Sower to His disciples, then He spoke of the foolishness of putting a light under a basket. Then He wanted everyone to know the importance of hearing these things,

“If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear” (Mark 4.23).

Do you have ears? What if you are deaf? Can you still read the Gospel message? Then you need to hear what Jesus taught, for He will bring it up at the Judgment, and don’t let that be the first time that you hear it.
