03.30.2016 New Testament: Luke 7.21
To read the Bible in a year, read Luke 7.1–30 on March 30, In the year of our Lord 2016
By Don Ruhl
Have you seen what Jesus did when He walked the Earth? He performed miracles, doing things that cannot be explained by natural or scientific laws,
And that very hour He cured many of infirmities, afflictions, and evil spirits; and to many blind He gave sight (Luke 7.21).
He did not send them for operations and then pray for successful surgery. He did not prescribe treatment that brought healing in a few weeks. No, Jesus touched people or spoke the word, or did something else, and instantly cured people completely.
Questions:
- What is the difference between miracles and providence?
- Do miracles happen everyday?
- If so, are they still miracles?
