Some can lead, but they cannot follow, because they do not want to follow; some can follow, but they cannot lead, because they do not want to lead, and others just simply do not have the ability.
Mordecai brought up his young cousin Esther, because her parents had died. He treated her as a daughter and she viewed him as a father, but he knew when to submit to her direction, such as when he revealed to her a plot by a certain Persian to destroy all the Jews, and Mordecai then did whatever she instructed,
So Mordecai went his way and did according to all that Esther commanded him (Esther 4.17).
Can you follow when needed, even if you customarily serve as a leader?
